Safe sleep
The planner's safe sleep guidance is aligned with the American Academy of Pediatrics 2022 recommendations. Sleep training never pauses safe sleep: alone, on their back, in a crib, bassinet or play yard with a fitted sheet only.
No guarantees about sleep
Every baby is different. Timelines in the planner are typical, not guaranteed, and illness, teething or travel can change them.
