Refund policy

The Baby Sleep Planner
If the planner isn't right for your family, email us at luca.onframe@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. You don't need to explain why. Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take a few business days to appear.

Founding membership
The founding membership is a pre-order for the Lullmap app. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before the app launches. If the app hasn't launched by March 31, 2027, every founding member is refunded automatically.
